Biography

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, I am board-certified. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude at the University of Massachusetts with an individual major in Biological Anthropology and my Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. After completing internship and residency in internal medicine at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, I joined the staff of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor where I held a teaching appointment. In 1987 I returned home to begin a private practice in internal medicine, in Concord, MA, and joined the medical staff of Emerson Hospital. My practice is limited to general internal medicine and primary care of patients age 14 and over.
